How do I convert HEIC images?

Open the app and import images using any of these methods: tap the photo picker to select from your Photos library, tap the file picker to browse the Files app, or drag and drop images directly onto the drop zone. Choose your output format and quality, then tap Convert.

What image formats are supported?

HEIC Studio supports input from HEIC, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF formats. You can output to HEIC, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP. The quality slider lets you control the balance between file size and image quality.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All image conversion happens entirely on your device using Apple's ImageIO framework. No images, personal data, or metadata ever leaves your phone. We have no servers and collect zero data.

How is the free version different?

You get 2 free conversions to try the app. After that, a one-time purchase unlocks unlimited conversions, batch processing, and the resize feature. No subscription, no ads, ever.

Can I batch convert multiple images at once?

Yes. You can select up to 50 images at a time from your Photos library or Files app. The app will convert them all with a single tap and show real-time progress for each file.

Does it work on Mac?

Yes! HEIC Studio is available on both iPhone and Mac as a universal purchase. Buy once, use on both platforms. On Mac, you can also drag and drop images from Finder.
